50kw Crac Precision Air Conditiner maintenance and repair
Correct operation and daily maintenance and repair, only only can extend unit's lifetime, but also can highly improve the efficiency and reduce energy consumption. It is suggested that it is operated, managed and maintained by professional technical workers. It also requires checking the unit periodically and judging whether the unit runs in normal condition. If something wrong happens, please handle in time, and record monthly, seasonal and annual maintenance data, which is convenient for further faults in the further.
1). ensure the ground-line wiring symbol and wiring column in the electric box are tightly connected with ground;
2). monthly check the power supply and con compressor's phase voltage;
3). prima di avviare l'unità, confermare se il compressore sta commutando con il riscaldamento elettrico-o meno;
4). if no emergency happens, don't cut off the total power supply to stop the unit. When faults alarms, firstly press the stop button, then check the faults reason; before cleaning up the faults, don't start the unit;
5). periodically check unit's running status, check system's highlow-pressure and oil level are normal or not. If something wrong happens, handle them in time;
